Principal Business Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive design of enterprise-scale PIM solutions, encompassing data models, business processes, integrations, and governance frameworks.

• Convert client requirements into suitable solutions.

• Deliver implementation-ready and de-risked scopes to Implementation Consultants while being the primary technical escalation point throughout the delivery process.

• Take ownership of technical decisions regarding build, design, and scope inquiries post-signing.

• Present recommendations and alternatives to clients when work extends beyond the agreed-upon scope.

• Maintain engagement as a trusted advisor following the go-live phase.

• Assess existing implementations and offer strategic recommendations.

• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews throughout the customer journey.

• Mentor BSAs across the region on strategy and skill development.

• Lead structured experiments to enhance team efficiency and improve customer outcomes, documenting successful methods into playbooks.

• Represent Client Solutions in client Steering Committees for medium to large-scale engagements.

• Collaborate with the Director of Client Solutions to influence the annual strategy for Client Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in solution architecture within a SaaS environment.

• Background in PIM, commerce, DAM, MDM, or a similar data-intensive field.

• Knowledge of development concepts, product data structures and schemas, and API/integration patterns.

• Proficiency in the e-commerce technology stack.

• Capability to engage confidently with marketing, data/MDM, regulatory affairs, and logistics teams.

• Possess enterprise consultancy skills and a readiness to be actively involved in the build process.

• Proven experience in leading client discovery and solution design efforts.

• A track record demonstrating career progression rather than frequent job changes.

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

• A degree is advantageous, but not a mandatory requirement.
