Principal Architect – Modern Work & Collaboration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical expert for Logicalis’ Collaboration and Modern Work offerings, focusing primarily on Cisco Collaboration technologies, with a secondary emphasis on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.

• Empower Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to design, position, and implement collaboration solutions that align with client business objectives.

• Assist in deal pursuits, solution development, sales enablement, and market execution.

• Collaborate with Sales to shape deals, influence strategy, and articulate the value of governance.

• Lead or assist in high-level customer discussions, workshops, and roadmap planning.

• Provide architectural oversight and escalation support to ensure deal success and bolster customer confidence.

• Aid in complex collaboration projects and multi-practice opportunities.

• Evaluate collaboration architectures, pricing, and Statements of Work.

• Prepare for and conduct proofs of concept and proofs of value.

• Develop and enhance collaboration offerings centered around Cisco and hybrid Microsoft 365 strategies.

• Collaborate with OEM partners on defining offerings, managing lifecycle, and aligning roadmaps.

• Create assessments, workshops, and consulting offerings.

• Deliver technical enablement, establish architecture standards, produce sales materials, and provide training.

• Develop SOW templates and assist delivery teams.

• Conduct assessments and workshops, integrating lessons learned from delivery into offering enhancements.

• Monitor trends in collaboration and hybrid work industries, influencing technical direction and practice strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or architectural roles focused on enterprise collaboration technologies.

• Extensive experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms, including CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and collaboration devices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, including integration and coexistence scenarios.

• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% of the time.

• Cisco Collaboration certifications (CCNP or CCIE Collaboration preferred).

• Certifications in Cisco Webex Calling or Webex Contact Center.

• Preferred certifications in Microsoft Teams or Modern Work.
