• Demonstrated experience in managing technology delivery challenges of varying sizes and types.

• Capability to articulate technical designs clearly through conversations, documentation, and presentations.

• Background in leading and delivering software designs for multi-tiered modern software applications.

• Familiarity with comprehensive solution architecture concepts.

• Ability to communicate and negotiate architectural decisions with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in integrating non-functional considerations into application design.

• Engineering background is essential.

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS solutions.

• Experience in developing business relationships with sales and account managers.

• Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.

• Understanding of the commercial ramifications of design decisions.

• Proven ability to influence the commercial success of a product.

• Demonstrated capability to manage, coach, and develop junior team members and the broader community.
