Oracle Service Architect – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and engage in every aspect of the implementation lifecycle, such as gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, testing, deploying, going live, and providing post-production support.

• Integrate Oracle Fusion Service to enhance and streamline field service operations.

• Implement Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions to improve scheduling, facilitate real-time tracking, and support predictive maintenance.

• Align the strategies of Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Field Service Cloud with broader organizational initiatives.

• Conduct hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Field Service, Service Contracts, Territory Management, and Depot Repair modules.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and in line with Oracle's best practices.

• Offer advisory guidance to project teams regarding functional and configuration choices.

• Convert complex technical and functional concepts into practical insights for business stakeholders.

• Manage expectations and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

• Identify and resolve complex system issues within Service modules.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and leadership to implement Service initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or engineering is required.

• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• Over 15 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain, including at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Service.

• Oracle Cloud Service Certification(s) are preferred.

• Extensive experience in functional and configuration aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, and Territory Management.

• Proven track record of leading complex projects through complete implementation lifecycles.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities within the Oracle Service domain.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (CX, ERP, HCM) is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and influence teams across the organization.
