This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead and direct the Data & Analytics team, encompassing Data Analysts, Configuration Analysts, and other professionals.
• Supervise Design, Development, and Implementation projects for MMIS Data & Analytics Solutions tailored for public sector clients.
• Utilize Medicaid domain expertise related to MITA areas and MMIS reporting, covering Claims, Encounters, Payer, and Financial Reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues, senior managers, and deputies to promote integrated reporting and data initiatives.
• Guide data analysts and developers to achieve client-desired outcomes by comprehending business and technical landscapes.
• Work alongside technical leads and business analysts to outline requirements, prioritize projects, and address issues.
• Mentor and cultivate team members while encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Represent the MMIS Reporting function in leadership meetings and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Oversee scope, change requests, pricing, and estimation activities related to reporting engagements.
• 10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• 8+ years of Management Consulting experience within Medicaid State & Local Government or Commercial Payer sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise reporting tools, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms.
• Solid technical acumen with the ability to convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Capability to collaborate with development teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience with core MMIS/health plan transaction processing platforms such as QNXT or FACETS.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and reporting automation.
• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
