Principal AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and execute machine learning models and algorithms.

• Examine extensive datasets to extract actionable insights and enhance AI systems.

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to incorporate AI functionalities into current applications.

• Investigate and apply the latest developments in AI technologies and methodologies.

• Monitor and assess the performance of AI models, making adjustments as needed.

• Offer technical assistance to other teams to ensure effective utilization of AI solutions.

• Document the development processes, model designs, and outcomes to guarantee reproducibility and efficiency.

• Engage in code reviews and disseminate best practices within the team.

• Contribute to the overarching strategy and direction of the company's AI initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable field.

• Over 5 years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role focused on artificial intelligence development.

• Strong expertise in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

• Understanding of data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.

• Comprehensive knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative work approach.

• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
