This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create strategic business cases that support new products, pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and customer acquisition plans.
• Assist with acquisition pricing, base pricing, annual price adjustments, fee modifications, and alternative pricing structures.
• Tackle ambiguous business challenges and craft data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Construct financial models and perform scenario analyses to assess market opportunities, predict business impacts, and estimate ROI.
• Examine pricing performance, promotional success, competitive positioning, customer behavior, pricing elasticity, and acquisition trends.
• Utilize advanced Excel and financial modeling as the primary analytical tools, while also leveraging SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and existing reporting resources when appropriate.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Analytics teams.
• Facilitate pricing tests, experiments, optimization initiatives, test design, measurement frameworks, post-launch analysis, and recommendations.
• Convey findings and recommendations to business leaders through clear executive storytelling and visual representations.
• Identify areas for enhancing reporting processes, analytical workflows, and business decision-making capabilities.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Generally, 3–6 years of pertinent experience in pricing, strategy, business analysis, consulting, financial analysis, product strategy, or analytics.
• Proven experience in developing business cases, financial models, and executive presentations.
• Experience in supporting pricing, acquisition, product, or commercial strategy initiatives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally within dynamic, data-driven organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link analytical insights to strategic recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, with strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking, financial insight, structured problem-solving skills, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a collaborative setting.
• Remote work available within the U.S.; aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Weekend work is rare and may only be required occasionally.
• Possibility of extending beyond the approximately 12-month planned position.
• Opportunity to utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity.
