Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Pricing & Revenue as a distinct business and product domain.

• Be responsible for results, financial aspects, priorities, and product-related decisions.

• Establish success metrics and determine what to prioritize, test, develop, and where to make trade-offs.

• Identify the optimal hotel supply from numerous supplier connections for each search.

• Formulate pricing and margin strategies across various customers, suppliers, markets, and booking contexts.

• Enhance take rate, revenue, and market competitiveness.

• Differentiate distribution choices from the technical limitations of synchronous supplier queries.

• Work closely with engineering on technically intricate products.

• Assist in developing and shaping Nuitée’s product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have managed a product or business area comprehensively for several years, demonstrating the outcomes you achieved.

• Possess a deep understanding of marketplace or distribution economics, particularly in pricing, supply, demand, margin, monetization, or incentives.

• Ability to analyze data and commercial mechanics in order to inform product decisions.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering on technically challenging products.

• Experience working in a high-pressure environment where you were expected to drive results independently.

• Eager to delve deeply into trading, pricing, and revenue optimization.

• Depth of experience in marketplace or distribution is valued more than experience in travel.
