Pricing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement pricing strategies for both new and existing products and services across various business segments and channels, in alignment with the goals of the Life Sciences division.

• Perform market research and conduct advanced financial analyses to assess industry trends, competitor actions, and customer price sensitivity.

• Create and sustain intricate models to predict pricing effects and profitability.

• Work collaboratively with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to influence decision-making and ensure effective pricing execution.

• Deliver price review presentations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Track price realization and competitive trends to pinpoint opportunities and potential risks.

• Offer data-driven insights and suggestions for price modifications, promotional campaigns, and bundling strategies.

• Evaluate and enhance pricing processes, programs, and systems to boost efficiency and standardization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• 7–10 years of experience in Pricing or related fields.

• Demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities, with the ability to foster change and build consensus within a matrixed organization.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate complex data and reasoning to senior executives and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in project management and process enhancement.

• Familiarity with business data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense is advantageous.

• Background in an international setting and capability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
