This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess, enhance, and refine the transportation pricing framework for the US Marketplace.
• Align transportation attach rate objectives with targeted margins to foster sustainable growth.
• Discover growth avenues to boost transportation usage among various business units, customer segments, and geographical regions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of lane-level profitability to create dynamic pricing models.
• Formulate models to analyze the effects of price alterations on buyer behavior and suggest pricing strategies to enhance attach rates.
• Evaluate transportation margins, carrier expenses, seasonality, and surcharges to pinpoint and implement pricing prospects.
• Execute carrier and competitor benchmarking while keeping track of seasonal and external influences.
• Oversee KPIs such as attach rate, margin, and costs per mile to detect revenue loss, mitigate financial risks, and seize growth opportunities.
• Create and assess A/B tests and pilot programs to review new pricing frameworks and models.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic pricing or revenue management, preferably within a marketplace or logistics context.
• A solid analytical foundation with expertise in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Looker).
• A strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a proactive approach, with the capacity to excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
