Pricing & Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client needs and current system setups to determine the financial aspects of client contracts.

• Efficiently oversee the change order queue from the initial request to final approval.

• Manage the entry of study specifications within budget calculators.

• Assess client requirements to establish the financial elements of client proposals.

• Draft, revise, and/or tailor change orders to accurately reflect adjustments in assumptions and budget summaries.

• Ensure that change orders align with the pricing and financial terms outlined in customer master agreements and relevant change order templates.

• Schedule and facilitate Change Order Alignment meetings with project teams.

• Collaborate with Project Teams and Finance to ensure timely and precise delivery of change orders.

• Inform the Legal team of any changes to legal terms in draft Change Orders, integrate Legal feedback, and manage discussions with customers.

• Dispatch fully approved Change Orders for signatures and ensure that executed Change Orders are stored properly.

• Carry out additional responsibilities, tasks, or special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Strong comprehension of contract processes and strategies.

• Practical experience in pricing within a similar position.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Analytical thinker with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically salesforce.com.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Commitment to accountability and integrity.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on pricing and contract review processes.

• Comfortable working hours that partially coincide with US East Coast business hours (EST/EDT).
