This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and upkeep of pricing strategies.
• Plan, analyze, execute, and oversee bi-annual price adjustments for customers.
• Manage customer indexing programs and pricing models based on indices.
• Evaluate strategic price pruning and opportunities for margin enhancement across SKUs.
• Aid in formulating customer-specific and product line pricing strategies.
• Support initiatives for tariff recovery pricing and margin safeguarding.
• Conduct pricing analyses that encompass profitability, price realization, customer performance, product mix, and market trends.
• Work in collaboration with Finance on the impacts of pricing actions, margin performance, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators.
• Suggest ongoing improvements to pricing tools, methodologies, analytics, and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and leadership teams.
• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, business analysis, product management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with pricing strategy, margin management, segmentation, portfolio optimization, customer indexing, and financial analysis.
• Ability to convert market, cost, customer, and index data into implementable pricing recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for verbal, written, and presentation purposes.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across various levels and functions.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP, BI, pricing, or analytics systems is preferred.
