Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality presentations for practical applications as part of the Tendem initiative.

• Craft impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for target audiences.

• Convert intricate data into clear visual narratives with a focus on minimalism and a well-defined information hierarchy.

• Enrich presentations with unique fonts, sophisticated animations, and cohesive visual design.

• Implement a refined, convincing, and premium blend of corporate and creative styles across all deliverables.

• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, formatting quality, and adherence to branding standards before final submission.

• Convert raw data and narratives into engaging, presentation-ready slides and one-pagers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines is an advantage.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work.

• Comprehensive understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design principles.

• A methodical and detail-oriented mindset.

• Capability to work autonomously and convert complex narratives into premium visual outputs.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to translate complex data and multi-tiered hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.

• Expertise in custom typography and creating smooth, elegant animations.

• Practical experience in producing high-end, premium layouts that merge corporate and creative styles.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to visual excellence.

• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to independently resolve design challenges.

• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher (mandatory).

• Resume must include a portfolio link showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation examples will not be considered.
