Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Develop high-quality presentations for practical applications.

• Craft impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for targeted audiences.

• Convert intricate data into straightforward visual narratives with a focus on minimalism and a clear information hierarchy.

• Enhance presentations by incorporating custom fonts, refined animations, and consistent visual aesthetics.

• Implement a polished, convincing, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.

• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, formatting quality, and brand compliance prior to final submission.

• Engage in Tendem project activities that align with your personal expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations.

• Profound understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design principles.

• A methodical and detail-oriented mindset.

• Capability to work independently in transforming complex narratives into premium visuals.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and other similar presentation software.

• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to distill complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual narratives.

• Advanced skills in typography and animation, including custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations.

• Practical experience in creating high-quality, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.

• Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to independently resolve design challenges.

• Required upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.

• CV must include a link to a portfolio that features high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations.

• Applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation samples will not be taken into account.
