Presentation Design, Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the development of intricate creative solutions, from the initial concept to final execution.

• Supervise a small team of graphic designers, ensuring their work aligns with strategic objectives and brand standards.

• Facilitate and implement business strategies through creative design, presentations, and digital materials for both internal and external audiences.

• Manage projects from the initial creative kickoff phase all the way through to production.

• Offer creative guidance, cross-training, and mentorship to graphic designers.

• Collaborate with members of the creative team, cross-functional partners, and marketing leadership.

• Convert business goals into innovative creative solutions that enhance the brand across various platforms and channels.

• Proactively manage client expectations while delivering timely, high-quality work.

• Educate team members on cost-effective strategies and processes.

• Anticipate client feedback, provide justifications, and present multiple design options.

• Present creative projects and effectively communicate visual concepts to clients, team members, and leadership.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the requirement of a work visa or residency sponsorship.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Strategic thinker with experience in producing and directing digital creative solutions and design systems.

• Exceptional writing and presentation abilities.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end strategic design with an emphasis on digital capabilities.

• Capability to prioritize team demands, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

• Preferred: experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Preferred: experience with animation and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

• Preferred: background in interactive design, including responsive web concepts, digital style guides, and data visualization.

• Preferred: experience working within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
