Prescription Access Specialist, Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and office personnel to inform them about GoodRx Prescription Services.

• Promote the adoption and use of GoodRx Prescription Services to enhance prescription fulfillment and conversion rates.

• Assess territory trends, prescribing patterns, and access challenges to formulate targeted strategies.

• Collaborate with clinicians, offices, prescribers, pharmacy liaisons, and pharmacy partners to enhance patient access.

• Share insights regarding cost savings, formulary exclusions, and obstacles to prescription access.

• Take ownership of sales goals within a designated territory and identify opportunities for increased service utilization.

• Create strategic engagement plans for clinicians.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including prescription volume, fulfillment rates, and clinician adoption metrics.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• At least 1–2 years of direct sales experience is necessary; experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills are essential.

• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and Sales Force software.

• Willingness to travel for business purposes is necessary.

• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.

• Must demonstrate integrity and adhere to company policies, regulations, and compliance standards.

• Skills in territory planning, data analysis, prioritization, and sales/business acumen are required.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions with internal teams and external pharmacy partners.
