This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management through a 60-minute intake session and ongoing follow-up visits.
• Perform mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and ongoing medication treatment.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations.
• Communicate with patients and prescribe as well as manage psychiatric medications.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medication treatment in accordance with clinical best practice guidelines.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment via live video intake sessions and regular follow-ups.
• Offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services in conjunction with care.
• Provide culturally responsive care to patients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs and abilities.
• Must be a graduate from an accredited CCNE Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program, or hold a degree from an accredited ARC-PA physician assistant program with PANCE certification.
• Possess an unrestricted state license in Maryland.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience.
• Must have an office space available to see clients.
• Capability to provide care across various diagnoses, clinical complexities, and severity levels.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Active DEA license is highly preferred for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants-Certified.
• Additional certification or clinical experience with minors is preferred.
• Preference will be given to providers who can offer in-person services.
• Establish your own schedule without any minimum hours requirement.
