Presales Systems Engineer – HPE Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Enhance technical expertise in HPE Networking, Aruba wired and wireless technologies, ClearPass, Central, Juniper switching, routing, security, and automation.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and devise tailored solutions.

• Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase solutions.

• Develop architectures and proposals that align with customer goals.

• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate solutions.

• Engage in advanced training programs and pursue relevant certifications.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to guarantee effective solution positioning and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in networking infrastructure.

• Previous experience as a networking Systems Engineer or in a comparable position.

• Proficient in networking design, installation, services, and support.

• Experience in government sectors (state, local, federal), higher education, K12, enterprise, and service provider industries.

• Knowledge of network design principles and protocols.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates must be residing in the greater Portland, Salem, or Eugene regions.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations within Oregon on a regular basis.
