This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead customer discovery efforts to identify challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes.
• Design and develop solutions within Eficode’s diverse portfolio of products, licensing, and services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technology partners to formulate technically robust, commercially viable, and deliverable solutions.
• Oversee solution governance throughout the sales process.
• Question scope, assumptions, estimates, risks, and commitments as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales to secure and expand opportunities.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Deliver solution narratives to senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless transition into Delivery, aligning on scope, outcomes, commercials, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
• Utilize delivery feedback and lessons learned to enhance propositions, solution methodologies, and estimation processes.
• Contribute to the advancement of the pipeline, conversion rates, margins, and successful sales results.
• Mentor Sales colleagues and create reusable presales tools, methodologies, and materials.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Delivery, and specialized teams.
• Travel to customer locations, typically 20–25% of the time, with occasional international travel.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical presales, solutions architecture, sales engineering, technology consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• Extensive knowledge of DevOps and the software development lifecycle, encompassing platform engineering, cloud, and developer tools.
• Proven experience in shaping complex technology solutions and collaborating with Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Strong customer discovery and consultative skills.
• Ability to identify pain points and translate them into clear solution strategies.
• Confidence and credibility in presenting to and advising senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of the impact of AI on the software development lifecycle, including developer productivity, platform engineering, and enterprise governance.
• Commercial mindset and comprehension of how technical decisions affect scope, risk, and overall opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the US as required.
• Familiarity with Atlassian, GitHub, GitLab, or other tools within the DevOps/developer platform ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience in selling consulting, transformation, or managed services alongside technology products and licenses is an advantage.
• Background as a long-term technical advisor to large enterprise customers is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with software vendors, consultancies, and partner ecosystems is advantageous.
• Relevant vendor certifications, architectural accreditations, or technical education are beneficial.
