This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email

• Address issues and foster positive customer experiences

• Adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards in every interaction

• Record and update customer interactions in the appropriate systems

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance service delivery

• Act as a representative of a global brand

• Proficient in Norwegian, with strong English communication abilities

• Technologically inclined and eager to keep up with the latest innovations

• Customer-focused; prior experience is highly advantageous

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
