Predictive Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute predictive models utilizing statistical and machine learning methodologies including regression, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.

• Prepare, organize, and evaluate extensive datasets from both internal and external sources.

• Develop and sustain programs for predictor and response variables, ensuring the accuracy, scalability, and dependability of models.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert business challenges into analytical solutions.

• Examine data to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential impacts on the business.

• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Clearly articulate modeling methodologies, data sources, assumptions, and outcomes.

• Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks.

• Contribute to the frameworks, processes, and best practices of predictive modeling.

• Enhance knowledge of data sourcing, mapping, transformation, and integration across various systems.

• Assist in enterprise data migration and transformation initiatives.

• Work in partnership with analysts, data scientists, and business collaborators.

• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a comparable field.

• Solid grounding in statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning principles.

• Proven experience with large datasets, including data preparation, transformation, and analysis.

• Background in developing and validating predictive or statistical models.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Competence in conveying technical concepts and analytical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong commitment to data quality, model accuracy, and analytical rigor.

• Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and analytics teams.

• Proficient in English communication skills is essential.

• Valid local legal authorization to work in Brazil at the time of hiring.
