This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the application, localized adoption, and quality governance of global Center of Excellence methodologies within the assigned theater.
• Create alignment between Professional Services and Customer Success / Scale & Optimize organizations.
• Establish unified delivery frameworks, joint handoffs, and metrics for customer success.
• Act as the regional authority and escalation point for complex methodology, scoping, and execution issues.
• Promote and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey from the initial implementation to the long-term optimization and expansion of account value.
• Define and refine operational ownership boundaries between Professional Services and Customer Success.
• Design and implement repeatable, asset-driven execution models utilizing insights from machine learning and autonomous AI playbooks.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Customer Success leadership, and GTM executives to synchronize delivery readiness with deal motions and enterprise expectations.
• Provide guidance on strategic and complex enterprise deals, including technical feasibility, scoping, risk mitigation, and delivery architecture.
• Gather and synthesize theater-specific insights, product limitations, and regional constraints for Global COE and Product/Engineering teams.
• Maintain awareness of regional capacity, market demand, and delivery risks.
• Address bottlenecks, skill shortages, and scalability challenges.
• Lead continuous enablement efforts for Professional Services, Customer Success, and partner organizations.
• Establish and monitor delivery quality, adherence to methodology, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Influence Global COE methodology, Product Engineering roadmap, and strategies related to regional investment and headcount.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading large-scale transformational initiatives within enterprise Professional Services, Management Consulting, or Customer Success organizations.
• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise-wide orchestration, strategic operations, business transformation, or executive advisory roles within a rapidly growing cybersecurity, cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP), or enterprise SaaS company.
• Exceptional ability to influence, build consensus, and drive organizational change among executive teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and Generative AI as applied to security operations.
• Practical knowledge of AI-driven SecOps, including Cortex XSIAM, automated triage/incident orchestration, and security governance, as well as the risks associated with enterprise LLM deployments.
• Proven track record in building, scaling, and optimizing delivery methodologies, operational governance models, maturity frameworks, and KPIs within complex, matrixed global organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and architectural strategies into actionable operational plans for technical engineers and C-suite audiences.
• Deep technical literacy in modern cybersecurity architectures.
• Direct experience with Cortex (XDR/XSIAM/XPANSE), Cortex Cloud, and Prisma Cloud, or equivalent enterprise EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, and CNAPP solutions is strongly preferred.
