This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the primary solution and practice architect for the Modern Work M365 portfolio.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal delivery and sales teams to create a new market offering.
• Oversee the proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) process from engagement initiation to completion.
• Work alongside stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to analyze, design, develop, and implement customized client solutions.
• Establish and head a Center of Excellence focused on market offerings.
• Advocate for standard processes, reusable components, and governance within the expanding practice.
• Transform the Center of Excellence into a customer offering, partnering with internal IT to validate and create content.
• Keep abreast of Microsoft collaboration technologies, industry trends, and Modern Work roadmap features, including Copilot, Viva, Frontline Worker, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Possession of at least one current M365 official certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, working directly with enterprise clients.
• Proficient in architecting and hands-on development of custom solutions using SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Teams.
• Experience in implementing organizational change management within an enterprise M365 deployment, ideally involving F1 licenses.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
• Demonstrated history of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics.
• Relevant experience with Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification.
• Relevant experience with Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) certification.
• Experience with or for a Microsoft solution partner.
• Experience in integrating and managing Teams Apps and policies.
• Commitment to maintaining and obtaining official Microsoft certifications annually, with a minimum of one new certification each year.
