Practicante en Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in creating, organizing, and tracking tickets related to modifications and enhancements of the payments service.

• Ensure that tasks are well-documented, appropriately prioritized, and progressing through the backlog; follow up on statuses and identify obstacles.

• Collect background information, summarize essential details, and prepare materials in advance of provider meetings.

• Address routine internal inquiries using available resources.

• Acquire and apply SQL knowledge to query payment data.

• Support dashboards that monitor payment performance, processing failures, and overall operational health.

• Identify anomalies in payment processes and compile data for reviews and investigations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for payment processes, fee structures, and operational workflows.

• Ensure alignment among cross-functional teams with clear written updates.

• Engage in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.

• Translate technical challenges into understandable terms and convert business needs into actionable requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A genuine enthusiasm for payments, fintech, and the inner workings of complex financial systems.

• An innate curiosity paired with a logical approach.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfort with data handling and a readiness to learn SQL; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.
