PR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the international public relations strategy for the company.

• Establish and nurture connections with journalists, industry media, influencers, and key opinion leaders.

• Create press releases, articles, interviews, expert commentary, and other communication materials.

• Achieve media coverage in international and industry-specific publications.

• Discover opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reinforce the company's reputation.

• Assist with product launches, strategic partnerships, and significant business initiatives through public relations efforts.

• Organize participation in international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

• Work alongside Marketing, Sales, Partnership, and Product teams to ensure consistent external communications.

• Track media coverage, assess PR performance, and generate regular reports.

• Manage corporate reputation and respond to relevant industry news and communication opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or External Communications.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with media representatives and journalists.

• Strong expertise in crafting press releases, interviews, articles, and other PR-related materials.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for daily interactions with international media and partners.

• Capacity to manage various projects independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proactive approach, robust organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to measure and evaluate PR performance.

• Experience in IT, SaaS, FinTech, Gaming, or iGaming is considered advantageous.

• Willingness to travel internationally and participate in industry events when necessary.
