PR Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 4–5 client accounts serving as the main day-to-day liaison.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with founders, executives, and key stakeholders.

• Design and implement strategic PR campaigns that align with client business goals.

• Lead client calls, deliver campaign updates, and offer strategic communications advice.

• Establish, nurture, and leverage connections with US business, finance, technology, and crypto journalists.

• Identify proactive media opportunities, newsjacking instances, and thought leadership topics.

• Compose pitches, press releases, media alerts, and briefing documents.

• Secure interviews, features, contributed articles, and prominent media coverage.

• Collaborate with internal content, social media, and marketing teams on unified campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and industry trends.

• Provide clients with strategic insights and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in an agency setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Experience engaging directly with founders, executives, or senior stakeholders.

• Strong connections with US journalists across business, finance, technology, and crypto media.

• Proven track record of securing coverage in leading publications.

• Experience working with clients in crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Highly organized with outstanding project and account management capabilities.

• Comfortable collaborating remotely within a global team.

• A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to fostering long-term client and media relationships.

• Existing relationships with reporters from outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, The Block, and WSJ (preferred).

• Experience in leading executive profiling and thought leadership initiatives (preferred).
