This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, create, and enhance workflow automation tools for Navy clients.
• Supervise the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, adhering to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and work with stakeholders to validate solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Organize, assign, and monitor development tasks while identifying and mitigating risks to guarantee that launches adhere to established timelines.
• Collaborate with a team to establish security groups and user personas for role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Create custom connectors for API integrations and secure data flows.
• Develop reusable components to ensure consistency across the solution portfolio.
• Specify test requirements and protocols for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes.
• Provide guidance to client-side leadership on assessing and prioritizing product and feature requests in line with portfolio strategy.
• Improve data collection processes, streamline approvals, and modernize digital signature workflows utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Office 365.
• Over 5 years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Demonstrated capability to lead development teams and manage the entire application lifecycle within managed Power Platform environments.
• Expertise in web service technologies (REST/JSON/XML), authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing complex projects.
• Active Department of Defense clearance, or the capability to obtain one.
• Familiarity with NAVWAR, NAVAIR, DoD, and Navy Flank Speed environments.
• Experience supporting Navy PEO MLB, PEO Digital, or PEO C4I.
• Background in Model-Driven Apps and/or Dynamics 365.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse.
• Possession of Microsoft Power Platform Certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
