Power Platform Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop enterprise applications utilizing Power Apps, emphasizing user experience, process alignment, and scalability.

• Create automation workflows with Power Automate to enhance processes, approvals, notifications, and integrate with Microsoft 365.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Map out processes and pinpoint opportunities for digitization and automation.

• Establish integrations among Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and various Microsoft 365 services.

• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and provide support for developed solutions.

• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for applications and automations.

• Execute corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing applications and workflows.

• Contribute to digital transformation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing applications with Power Apps (Canvas Apps), including the creation of enterprise forms, data modeling, using connectors, publishing, maintaining, and enhancing applications.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining automated flows, approval processes, Microsoft 365 integrations, exception handling, execution monitoring, and optimizing automation with Power Automate.

• Proficient in creating and managing lists, libraries, and communication sites within SharePoint Online.

• Experience in managing permissions and integrating SharePoint Online with solutions developed in Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong background in gathering requirements, mapping processes, preparing functional documentation, and working collaboratively with business teams.

• Skilled in preparing technical and functional documentation, conducting functional tests, supporting user acceptance testing, and documenting delivery evidence.

• Ability to engage with users and business teams, facilitate alignment discussions, and translate functional requirements into actionable solutions.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Generative AI is a plus.

• Experience with Power BI is beneficial.

• Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse is a plus.

• Knowledge of Git is advantageous.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, backlogs, CI/CD pipelines, or release management is a plus.

• Familiarity with React and/or Next.js is considered a plus.
