Power Apps Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead developer or technical leader on Power Platform initiatives.

• Design and deploy intricate solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.

• Mentor junior team members.

• Keep abreast of product enhancements and releases, collaborating with internal teams on product innovations.

• Engage in the complete solution implementation lifecycle, encompassing pre-sales efforts, analysis, customer requirements gathering, solution design, and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in the IT sector.

• At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform.

• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.

• Excellent technical expertise, along with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Capability to convey the business value of technical solutions to clients.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in delivering comprehensive applications and automation from requirements collection through business-needs analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance.

• Familiarity with the latest Power Platform features.

• Experience with Copilot Studio.

• Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL.

• Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.

• Expertise in data modeling, performance tuning, and translating business requirements into solutions.

• Experience with CI/CD and version control.

• Knowledge of Python.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, such as Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Snowflake, GCP, or AWS.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.

• Knowledge of Boomi and BluePrism.

• Experience collaborating with international clients and teams.

• Background in agile or agile/waterfall project environments.

• Experience working with stakeholders of varying seniority and maturity levels.

• Participation in end-to-end BI solution implementations.

• Experience serving as a Power Platform Leader in projects.
