Post-Production Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and continuously enhance detailed guidelines for photo and video post-production.

• Ensure that all content aligns with BetterMe’s brand visual identity, maintaining high quality and consistency.

• Communicate and collaborate with external retouchers, video editors, and colorists.

• Create clear and comprehensive technical briefs for various post-production tasks.

• Oversee the entire photo and video workflow, from the receipt of raw materials to final approval and delivery.

• Establish and manage workflows for AI-generated photo and video content.

• Execute AI-generation processes or brief and coordinate with specialized external contractors.

• Contribute to both technical and creative decisions that enhance post-production efficiency.

• Coordinate the alignment between creative concepts and final content, considering platform-specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing and producing photo and video post-production processes.

• Demonstrated experience in building and operating AI-generation pipelines for photo, video, and graphic content.

• Proficiency in tool selection, testing, integration, and hands-on content generation and processing, including auto-editing, upscaling, and short-form adaptation.

• Experience in sourcing and coordinating contractors for AI-related tasks.

• Ability to organize large volumes of information and coordinate complex processes.

• Capability to work with creative briefs, technical assignments, and adapt to project changes.

• Strong sense of color and ability to synchronize audio-visual elements effectively.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and take ownership of decision-making.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Quick analysis of situations with the ability to identify alternative solutions.

• Good time-management skills paired with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.

• Interest in the Health & Fitness industry and maintaining an active lifestyle is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.

• Interest in trends and emerging AI-generated content tools is a plus.
