This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee the complete integration planning and execution process, starting from pre-close through Day 1 and continuing until stabilization and full integration.
• Create and oversee the integration roadmap, including milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, and success metrics across various functional workstreams.
• Serve as the primary integration liaison between senior leadership, functional teams, and the acquired organization.
• Coordinate activities across People/HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other workstreams.
• Identify and address organizational, cultural, communication, and process disparities across teams and locations.
• Monitor integration risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, providing leadership with clear recommendations and solutions.
• Assist in achieving anticipated synergies, efficiencies, and other value from the deal.
• Lead integration meetings, workshops, and updates for leadership.
• Aid in due diligence and pre-close planning for upcoming acquisitions.
• Develop and continually enhance PMI playbooks, templates, governance processes, and documented lessons learned.
• Demonstrated experience in post-merger integration, M&A, business transformation, or significant organizational change.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects across various teams, countries, or locations.
• Robust understanding of the organizational, operational, cultural, and people-related elements of integration.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and managing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Genuine fluency in cross-cultural communication and experience working with international teams.
• Strong program management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and adjust as priorities evolve.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel as required to facilitate integration activities.
• Background in technology, software, or professional services.
