This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the daily operations of POS systems.

• Main point of contact for installation, maintenance, and procurement of spare parts.

• Overseeing logistics for counters, spare parts, and refits to ensure timely delivery to stores.

• Managing the merchandising agency by coordinating briefs, visit schedules, and quality control.

• Addressing maintenance issues and complaints until fully resolved.

• Executing retail plans through refits and refreshes.

• Analyzing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborating with the Retail team and POS Project Management.

• Reporting to the Team Lead for Operations.

• Evaluating success based on the flawless condition of counters, repair turnaround times, and timely approvals of refits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing operational POS or merchandising activities in a multi-store retail setting, either on the brand, agency, or retailer side.

• Ability to provide an example of maintaining stable conditions over several months.

• Willingness to perform occasional store checks at various locations throughout Germany.

• Proficient in Sheets, Excel, or Airtable.

• Fluent in German.

• Strong English language skills.

• Ideally, experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or supplements sector, particularly with branded counters in the drugstore channel, whether on the brand or agency side.

• Ideally, knowledge of spare parts or furniture logistics.

• Ideally, familiarity with Airtable, ClickUp, or photo-reporting tools.

• Ideally, experience with an asset register or similar data-maintenance systems.
