Portuguese/English Speaking Virtual Focus Group Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the facilitation of six virtual focus group or workshop sessions for stakeholders in Sylvamo Brazil.

• Lead or co-lead virtual workshops with participants based in Brazil.

• Ensure smooth discussion flow and address any questions that arise.

• Oversee the management and coordination of workshop recordings.

• Aid in the generation of English transcripts from the sessions.

• Take comprehensive notes during interviews or workshops.

• Organize and format the collected information in accordance with the specified documentation guidelines.

• Upload the final documentation into the designated project repository.

• Identify and report any unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent feedback from participants for follow-up by AllenComm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Portuguese and English.

• Proven experience in facilitating or assisting with virtual focus groups, interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions.

• Excellent note-taking and documentation capabilities.

• Ability to accurately translate or summarize contributions from Portuguese participants into clear English.

• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and recording functionalities.

• Skill in organizing detailed qualitative feedback without the need for a separate findings or themes report.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Availability from mid-September to the end of October 2026.

• Preferred experience in supporting learning and development, training, instructional design, or change-management projects.

• Preferred experience working with corporate stakeholders in Brazil.

• Preferred familiarity with structured interview documentation or stakeholder discovery techniques.

• Preferred ability to work with English source materials while capturing participant input in English.

• Required availability in the Brazil time zone.

• Required coordination with the AllenComm team operating in Mountain Time.
