Portfolio Strategist – Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage industry-specific propositions throughout their entire lifecycle — intake, development, gate reviews, launch, and refresh.

• Adapt cross-industry offerings into credible, sector-specific versions, supported by real evidence and context.

• Collaborate with Industry Guilds to gather practitioner insights and convert them into reusable assets.

• Ensure ongoing collaboration with Advisory regarding the direction of the industry portfolio.

• Create comprehensive industry toolkits that include client narratives, qualification guidance, proof points, competitive positioning, and commercial inputs.

• Track industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities, relaying their implications back to the portfolio.

• Deliver industry propositions on time and to the established standards.

• Assist in ensuring toolkit completeness at gate, promote adoption across markets, and track pipeline and signings linked to industry offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in offering or product strategy, industry consulting, or industry-centric product marketing.

• Significant expertise in at least one major industry — financial services, public sector, healthcare, retail, energy, travel and transport, telecommunications, or manufacturing — with the capability to quickly establish credibility in others.

• Proficient in translating technology capabilities into the language and priorities of industry buyers.

• Experience collaborating within communities of practice or expert networks.

• Exceptional writing skills and a structured approach to lifecycle management.

• Background in consulting within an industry practice at a large professional services firm.

• Familiarity with regulated industries and an understanding of the purchasing constraints they face.

• Experience in developing repeatable industry assets instead of custom solutions.

• Knowledge of modernization or AI adoption trends within a specific sector.
