Portfolio Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in strategic projects and operational initiatives across consulting, managed services, onboarding, and project management areas.

• Evaluate data to generate insights, reports, and recommendations that aid leadership in decision-making.

• Develop presentations, project deliverables, process documentation, and materials suitable for executives.

• Aid in project coordination, facilitate meetings, track action items, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement and innovation that enhance operational efficiency and client service delivery.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on special projects aligned with the strategic priorities of Practice Management Solutions.

• Provide support for ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.

• Engage in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and activities related to the internship program.

• Present project results, recommendations, or key insights at the end of the internship.


⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university.

• Enrolled in a degree program relevant to undergraduate or master's studies in healthcare administration, consulting, finance, economics, business administration, supply chain, etc.

• Preference for rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors at the time of the internship.

• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States at present or in the future.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and relationship building.

• Exhibited leadership through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experiences.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Open to receiving feedback and adapting in a dynamic work atmosphere.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
