This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take full ownership of the cardiology product strategy and roadmap from start to finish.
• Promote the adoption of cardiology solutions among both new and existing clients.
• Lead the transition of the portfolio to a cloud-based infrastructure.
• Manage cardiology pricing, bundling, and its positioning within the wider imaging platform.
• Establish the AI strategy for the cardiology product line.
• Oversee product utilization, customer satisfaction, retention, churn, and growth metrics.
• Develop a long-term cardiology strategy and convert it into a data-driven roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on positioning, packaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Direct a cross-functional team that includes product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales professionals.
• Manage commercial performance metrics, including growth, adoption, retention, and profit margins.
• Represent the cardiology portfolio to customers, clinical advisors, analysts, and internal leadership.
• Report directly to the VP of Product.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management or leadership, with ownership of a product line or portfolio as a business.
• Proven track record of driving growth through adoption, expansion, and revenue generation, beyond merely shipping features.
• Experience with pricing and packaging strategies, including bundling, tiering, and positioning products within a larger platform.
• Strong skills in commercial partnerships, having collaborated closely with sales and marketing to capture market opportunities.
• Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing product teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of gaining credibility with clinicians, executives, and engineers alike.
• Background in cardiology, cardiac imaging, or the cardiology devices/software market (preferred).
• Experience leading a product line through a cloud or SaaS migration (preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise imaging, PACS, or clinical workflows (preferred).
• Proficient in the product operating model and experienced in leading empowered teams across product, UX, and engineering disciplines (preferred).
