This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the PFM Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Oversee operational metrics such as Demand Placements, Margin Review Prework, and Policy 6 support
• Advocate for process and system compliance
• Lead and nurture the regional team to simplify and standardize processes and policies
• Establish operational routines and daily management practices for contract excellence and event preparation readiness
• Serve as the regional contact for Service Directors and regional leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize tools to maintain a consolidated, reliable, and up-to-date outage pipeline view
• Promote a LEAN culture and spearhead transformation initiatives in line with Operations strategy
• Drive continuous process improvement and prioritize opportunities for automation
• Ensure the accurate and timely execution of Events Management, On Time Demand placement, billing issuance, and billing and collections forecasting
• Lead a team of Sub Regional PFMs
• Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to COE leadership as necessary
• Seek out, recruit, develop, and retain talent
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams and other CoEs
• Provide seamless support for Service Directors, CPMs, Services Managers, and related stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Service Directors, CPMs, finance, IT, and parts fulfillment to enhance Order-to-Remittance process excellence
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR High School Diploma / GED combined with relevant experience in Services/contract management
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the power generation services, industrial, or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Services and/or Contract Performance Management
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in managing teams and delivering results through team collaboration
• Capability to perform under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Skill in creating and executing actionable plans
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams such as Pole/ITR Finances, Fulfillment, and Operations
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
• Previous experience in Customer Service, PFM, Field, or CPM-type roles
• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous or changing circumstances
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• A mindset focused on Lean and continuous improvement
• At least 2 years of experience in operations leadership
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable
