This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Transform Curate by DDS Lab into a prominent and distinct growth platform in the premium aesthetic dentistry sector.

• Act as the commercial leader for DDS Lab's high-aesthetics division.

• Drive market expansion, commercialization, customer engagement, KOL development, and revenue enhancement.

• Identify opportunities for DDS Lab to excel in high aesthetics and formulate strategies to acquire customers, boost adoption, stimulate repeat usage, and increase wallet share.

• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Technical Consulting, Operations, and Digital Innovation.

• Work in conjunction with the Technical Consulting team on clinical case assistance, technical standards, and workflow execution.

• Oversee the commercial advancement and expansion of the high-aesthetics business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in market development, commercial leadership, product management, strategic marketing, business development, or a similar growth-oriented role.

• Proven track record of successfully commercializing clinically or technically complex products, services, or solutions.

• Established capability in market development, influencing customer adoption, and converting market insights into quantifiable growth.

• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, technical teams, and executive management.

• Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in assessing commercial performance and formulating business cases.

• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.

• Strong executive presence and comfort in engaging with clinicians, customers, and senior organizational leaders.

• Preferred experience in the dental, dental laboratory, medical device, healthcare, or similarly technical industries.

• Highly desirable experience in aesthetic/restorative dentistry and established connections within the aesthetic dental community.

• Preferred experience in developing KOL or clinical influencer networks.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
