Portal Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions for client-facing portals and gather specific requirements for the portal.

• Create documentation for portal requirements and design wireframes tailored to customer specifications.

• Collaborate with the CRM Functional Consultant to develop user stories and establish acceptance criteria.

• Incorporate snapshots of portal wireframes into user stories within Azure DevOps.

• Document CRM mappings related to the portal.

• Collaborate with Portal Developers, CRM Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and other members of the implementation team throughout the delivery process.

• Review portal builds to ensure that functionality corresponds with the documented requirements and wireframes.

• Assist in portal user acceptance testing by evaluating functionality and re-testing any identified defects.

• Ensure that the portal satisfies the business requirements set by the customer.

• Keep portal documentation accurate and current throughout the implementation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in functional consulting or business analysis.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Ability to pass an FBI background check.

• Strong experience in client-facing roles, specifically in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Proficiency in developing user stories and wireframes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in customer interactions and requirements documentation.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with technical teams while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.

• Background in victim services, Department of Corrections, jail management systems, or other government software implementations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with data exchanges involving jail management systems, court systems, or other criminal justice systems is a plus.

• Experience in supporting data migration activities is desirable.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
