Political Expert – Elections Forecasting, Political Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create point-in-time political assessments and forecasts based on a defined evidence cutoff

• Formulate and document directional assessments regarding polling, win probabilities, and market-implied odds

• Clarify the causal mechanisms influencing an event's anticipated political and market effects

• Evaluate model-generated analyses and assess them against established expert standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior elections forecaster, campaign strategist, expert in polling or statistical methodology, or political-risk analyst

• Proven track record of making real-time judgments related to polling, win probabilities, or odds—not retrospective analysis

• Strong understanding of polling and causal event analysis

• Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience, or exceptionally strong evidence of comparable performance

• Direct experience and results from work samples determine eligibility; experience with well-known brands is not a strict prerequisite

• Must reason based on the stated evidence cutoff without hindsight, data leakage, confidential information, or material non-public information
