📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for leads via phone or email, providing a friendly and supportive experience. 🤝

• Gather essential information to identify client needs and determine how the firm can assist. 📝

• Listen attentively to individuals and direct them to relevant resources within or outside the firm. 💬

• Complete legal documentation and maintain records of customer interactions. 📋

• Organize and schedule consultations with legal professionals. 📅

• Follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled or to offer additional assistance. 🔄

• Manage administrative responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, and handling paperwork. 📑

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree. 🎓

• Has over 3 years of experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or interpretation roles within contact centers. 💼

• Demonstrates proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with precision and efficiency. 📆✉️

• Holds prior experience in sales, customer service, or a legal setting (preferred). 🏅

• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Korean, both in spoken and written forms. 🗣️✍️

• Exhibits outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. 🏅

• Upholds discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. 🔒

• Resides permanently in Latin America. 🌍

• Owns a dependable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a reliable internet connection. 💻
