Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for all new client intake within Family Law and Personal Injury.

• Articulate the benefits of paid consultations to potential Family Law clients, encouraging them to schedule and pay for their initial appointments.

• Ensure that on-site intake staff are prepared for in-person consultations and facilitate timely transfers for remote consultations.

• Assess and prioritize prospective Personal Injury clients based on the firm’s capabilities.

• Input and maintain lead information in Lead Docket.

• Oversee calendar bookings in Lead Docket and Outlook, coordinating with attorneys as needed.

• Follow up with clients who miss appointments to reschedule consultations.

• Manage conflict checks and keep a detailed conflict log.

• Assist in improving intake scripts and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in phone-based sales with effective objection handling skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and comprehensible phone manner.

• High level of empathy and professionalism when interacting with distressed clients.

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.

• Previous experience with Lead Docket is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and utilize it effectively.

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in Outlook/Office 365 for email communication and scheduling.

• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work setting, with proactive communication abilities.

• Availability for Eastern Time hours: 8:30am–5:00pm ET, Monday–Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break.
