Polish Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models regarding various language scenarios

• Ensure the factual accuracy and logical coherence of outputs

• Record reproducible error traces for further analysis

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Document instances of model failures to improve reasoning capabilities

• Assist in training advanced AI language models tailored for Polish speakers

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Polish language, covering areas such as phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and sociolinguistics

• Proficiency in assessing noun declension, verb conjugation, sentence structure, word order, aspect, tense, and case systems

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to “show your work”

• A master's or PhD in Polish language, linguistics, or a related field is preferred

• Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in linguistic analysis projects is a plus
