• Facilitate effective communication between speakers of Polish and English.

• Process information swiftly and accurately in a professional manner.

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the interpreter’s code of conduct.

• Possess familiarity with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical terminology.

• Engage in internal professional training sessions.

• Communicate and provide updates to the team leader.

• Proficiency in both English and Polish.

• At least 2 years of experience in interpretation.

• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.

• Capability to convey accurate concepts and meanings in accordance with established interpretation protocols, ensuring no omissions or additions.

• Ability to clarify certain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with client permission or upon request.

• 90% proficiency in English.

• Reliable wired internet connection.

• USB wired headset is required.

• Must have Windows 10 or Mac operating system.

• A quiet and secure working environment is essential.
