• Facilitate communication between speakers of Mandarin and English.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

• At least 2 years of experience in interpretation.

• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.

• Capability to convey accurate concepts and meanings following established interpretation guidelines, ensuring no omissions or additions.

• Ability to clarify certain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, upon client request or with permission.

• 90% proficiency in English.

• Reliable wired internet connection.

• USB wired headset required.

• Must have Windows 10 or Mac operating system.

• Depending on your location, language testing and a background check may be necessary.
