This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine sales solution documentation to extract budget data for initial labor demand compilation.

• Create standardized budget tracking spreadsheets for every project.

• Oversee project spending and ensure compliance with established budgets.

• Analyze and report discrepancies between actual and projected expenditures.

• Collaborate with change management and resource management plans, referring decision items for governance.

• Lead financial meetings with project leaders and stakeholders.

• Report on project performance in relation to targets.

• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to project managers.

• Identify and assess financial risks, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.

• Maintain organized financial reporting documentation across projects.

• Act as the subject matter expert for questions related to project budgets.

• Ensure alignment of financial planning with project phases, integrating financial considerations into planning and decision-making.

• Review incoming labor expenses in the timekeeping system and function as the project team's time administrator.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or project financial management.

• Proven experience managing financial data for large-scale project implementations or organizational departments.

• Strong grasp of project lifecycle and PMO governance processes.

• Proficient in presenting complex subjects to diverse audiences and adjusting detail as needed.

• Exceptional attention to detail and skills in documentation management.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.

• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is preferred.

• Must utilize video cameras during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
