PMO Lead – ERP Transformation Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee PMO activities throughout the ERP transformation initiative.

• Ensure projects and workstreams are aligned effectively.

• Facilitate program governance, including Steering Committee meetings, decision-making boards, quality checkpoints, and status updates.

• Manage program finances, encompassing budget planning, actual expenditures, accruals, and forecasting.

• Track and maintain program RAID logs diligently.

• Escalate risks and issues as necessary.

• Coordinate vendor sourcing efforts and review and authorize service and licensing agreements.

• Assist in integrated cutover planning and execution across project streams.

• Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.

• Manage program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and communications with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in program and project management.

• Minimum of 3 years in a PMO leadership position within a large-scale international ERP transformation project.

• Experience with at least one complete SAP ERP implementation cycle.

• Preferred experience with SAP S/4HANA in either Public or Private Cloud environments.

• Strong understanding of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting.

• Proficient in the SAP Activate methodology.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or an equivalent project/program management certification.

• Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
