PMO Lead – ERP Transformation Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee PMO functions throughout the ERP transformation initiative.

• Ensure coherence among projects and workstreams.

• Organize program governance, Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status updates.

• Supervise program finances, including budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting.

• Track and maintain program RAID logs while escalating risks and issues as necessary.

• Facilitate vendor sourcing efforts and evaluate and authorize service and licensing agreements.

• Assist in integrated cutover planning and execution across project streams.

• Guarantee adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality expectations.

• Manage program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in program and project management.

• A minimum of 3 years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation project.

• Experience with at least one complete SAP ERP implementation cycle.

• Preferred experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud.

• Strong understanding of program governance, financial oversight, risk management, and executive reporting.

• Proficient in the SAP Activate methodology.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.

• Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
