PMO Lead – ERP Transformation Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee PMO initiatives throughout the ERP transformation program

• Ensure projects and workstreams are aligned effectively

• Manage program governance, which includes Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and progress reporting

• Handle program financials, encompassing budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting

• Track and sustain program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as necessary

• Oversee vendor sourcing processes, including the review and approval of service and licensing agreements

• Assist in integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams

• Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality criteria

• Administer and sustain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and communications with stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in program and project management

• A minimum of 3 years in a PMO leadership position within a large-scale international ERP transformation program

• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation

• Preferred experience in SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud

• Strong understanding of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting

• Proficient in SAP Activate methodology

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or an equivalent project/program management certification

• Fluent in business English, both written and spoken
