PMO Lead – ERP Transformation Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee PMO initiatives throughout the ERP transformation program.

• Ensure synchronization among projects and workstreams.

• Facilitate program governance, which includes Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status updates.

• Manage the program's financial aspects, encompassing budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting.

• Track and maintain program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as necessary.

• Coordinate vendor sourcing efforts, which include reviewing and approving service and licensing contracts.

• Assist in integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams.

• Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.

• Administer and sustain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in program and project management.

• A minimum of 3 years in a PMO leadership position within a large-scale international ERP transformation initiative.

• Experience with at least one complete SAP ERP implementation cycle.

• Preferred experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud.

• Strong understanding of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting.

• Proficient in SAP Activate methodology.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or an equivalent project/program management certification.

• Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
